If I place my order today, when will I receive my order?

It varies by route and Your order. For customized hair extensions it would definitely take 2-3 weeks to process your order.  But other than that usually  it would take a week to receive your order. You can also track your order on your account. Or contact BeYofi Naturals team if you want an update.

I ordered online, but want to cancel, can I do that?

You can’t cancel your order once it’s already shipped out. Always make sure to finalize your order before shipping out. Please contact us if you encounter some issues.
